Why Steam Yarn?

The steaming machine features fully automatic control and high production efficiency, making it an ideal conditioning and setting device. It is suitable for textile mills using raw materials such as cotton, linen, wool, silk, and chemical fibers. Its purpose is to condition and set the threads that are ready for weaving after doubling and twisting – that is, to increase humidity under repeated vacuum and within a certain temperature range, thereby reducing yarn shrinkage, improving hand feel and luster, increasing yarn tension and strength, while also eliminating static electricity and unbalanced internal stresses.
