Draw Texturing series
By heating and stretching the fiber, its strength and extensibility are increased. Specifically, during the draw texturing process, the fiber is first heated, then stretched on a drawing machine, and finally formed into a more uniform and finer fiber. This process can be used to produce fiber products such as synthetic fabrics, carpets, ropes, etc.
Yarn Steaming
Under humid and hot conditions, the connections between macromolecules in the fiber are relaxed and then recombined in new positions, thereby eliminating fiber fatigue and static electricity, stabilizing twist, and preventing small-loop kinking in subsequent processes. During the steaming process, various parameters such as steaming time, temperature, and cooling method can be controlled to ensure that each type of yarn meets the required specifications.
Double Twisting series

The process applies a certain tension to the yarn to create a spiral twist, thereby improving the yarn's strength, abrasion resistance, and elasticity.Through mechanical and electrical components, the yarn is twisted and double-twisted. During the double twisting process, the yarn first passes through a yarn guide roller and a pre-assembly device, where multiple fiber strands are combined into a single roving. It then enters the spindle of the double twister for twisting.
